I have tried and had many discussions with business owners that just don't think about moving forward. "Why do I want to improve my processes?" they say.
Often when your business is focused on making money, the client making the deal is all you think about. Think about your business in a different view I say. There is always room for growth and scalibility. Do you want to be someone that keeps information somewhere at the back of your Ute, for the rest of your business life. Be more organised and move into the future if not for your business then at least for yourself.
