Changing the way you work and implementing a new system is not all about the end result!
Communication is the key, especially to all members who will be affected by the new process.
Too many times I have been called upon to assist on a project where a new system has been implemented either a few months or sometimes even years back. So even though this is my job, this is what I do - it is almost too late to bring someone in to help at the point of desperation!
Change management needs to be integrated with the project management plan and it is something that continues to happen throughtout and after implemenation is complete.
